1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Thawly Pro subscription at any time through your Dashboard or Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Requests

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases of our Pro plan. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@thawly.ai within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.

3. Renewals

Refunds are generally not provided for automatic subscription renewals unless required by applicable law.
